Exceptional Circumstances for Refunds

Refunds may be considered only in the following exceptional circumstances:

• Technical Error: If there was a technical error during the submission process that resulted in duplicate entries or incorrect information.
• Unauthorized Submission: If the information was submitted without the user's authorization (requires proper documentation and verification).
• System Malfunction: If our system malfunctioned and processed incorrect information.

Refund Process

If your case falls under the exceptional circumstances mentioned above:

1. Contact us within 7 days of the submission date
2. Provide complete submission details including reference/confirmation number
3. Submit supporting documentation for your refund request
4. Our team will review your case within 10-15 business days
5. If approved, refunds will be processed within 20-30 business days to the original payment method

Once a donation is made to Akhil Bharatiya Vishwakarma Mahasabha, it is considered final and cannot be refunded or cancelled under normal circumstances. We do not entertain requests for refund or cancellation of donations after the payment has been processed, whether submitted online or offline.

We request all donors to carefully check the donation details before confirming. By proceeding with the donation, you acknowledge and accept this policy.

We seek to retain personal information only as needed to fulfil the purposes described in our privacy policy, unless a longer retention period is required by law or regulations. User information is maintained for service compliance and record-keeping purposes.

Service acknowledgment receipts will be issued for all eligible submissions. Once issued, these receipts cannot be cancelled or modified unless there was an error in the processing.

We may disclose information as required by law, when needed to protect our rights, privacy, safety, property, users, or the public, and as necessary to enforce our terms of service. This includes compliance with legal requirements and audit procedures.
